PowerSteel Products™ uses an ISO 9001 QA/QC program supplemented by its own proprietary procedures to ensure that 99.99% of all products meet or exceed specifications. Quality begins at the steel mill where we make sure we use only the highest quality raw materials. Our QC staff observe each stage of production ensuring consistency, uniformity and compliance. Production line employees at each manufacturing station are trained on a 5-point inspection process on each piece providing a minimum of three QC inspections. Our highly trained QA personnel perform detailed spot inspections at least once each hour, at the end of the production line and once again before loading. All manufacturing test procedures are done in strict accordance with industry specifications, resulting in a consistent product that meets or exceeds specifications.
